Benefits

Employees of Palmer Staffing Services will receive the following benefits:

Holiday Pay

Palmer Staffing Services observes six holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, the 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Candidates are eligible for holiday pay once they have worked 1,000 hours or more within a one-year period from the holiday date and work the full week before and after the holiday.

Vacation Pay

Candidates are eligible for vacation pay after they have worked 1,500 hours within a one-year period. Vacation pay is 35 hours per week at your average hourly rate.

Retirement Fund

Our Profit Sharing Plan is 100% company funded.

Direct Deposit

Palmer Staffing Services offers direct deposit banking to our long-term candidates.

Referral Bonus Program

All Palmer Staffing Services employees will be rewarded for referrals.

The reward system for temporary employees whom you refer is as follows:

$50 after referred employee works 80 hours

The reward system for direct hire employees who you refer is as follows:

$250 after guarantee period is completed
